The management of the park reserves the right at all times to terminate the tenancy of a guest for reasons the former shall deem objectionable.
The management / ownership will not be responsible for any damage to the units or any other personal property, nor accidents, nor injury to guest, fire, theft or lost of valuables in or around the park grounds.
If you wish to sell your unit, the buyer must be approved prior to the sale of the unit, by management. Approval will be based on credit worthiness, ability to make monthly rental payments, number of guests staying in the unit, number and size of pets.
There shall be no sub-letting of any unit - all units must be titled in guests name.
Fires are to be in the park fire ring and not during burning moratoriums - please check with management for approval before lighting a fire.
Please keep your site neat and free of clutter with no inside furniture outside, debris, appliances, coolers or trash. Any decks, sunrooms or other structures must be approved by Management and local code. Boats and trailers must be placed in storage. No appliances or equipment on exterior of site.
Parents are responsible for children.
Please keep Kitchen and bathroom drains and sewer lines clear of kitchen grease, oil, and food - place these items in garbage.
Please flush only bathroom tissue in toilets, no personal items - place in garbage.
Rec-Room and Laundry can be used from 8 am to 10pm.
No Smoking, no pets, no alcohol in the Rec-Room / Laundry.
No water Sprinklers, no soaker hoses, hand held watering only. Turn water off when done. We are a limited use water community and must preserve our single water source.
Unit must be maintained clean and clutter free on exterior / site.
Carports are not permitted.
washing machines and dish washers are not permited.
outdoor garbage cans / bags are not permited.
park approval before digging for any reason.
No Driving Thru or Parking on Other Sites.
Park Only in Designated Parking Spaces.
Observe proper entrance / exit into the park and back onto the highway.
Tenants Are Responsible For Their Guests.
All overnight guests and vehicles must be registered with management.
1 vehicle + RV per site - additional vehicles $20/mo and must be parked at rear of park.
Park only in front of your unit, or behind it on pull through sites.
Back In Sites only park on asphalt pads in front of your unit.
No RV deemed to be in "poor condition" (ex. - broken or cracked windows, flat tires, in need of paint / body repair will be allowed in or to continue their stay in the RV Park.
Please respect other guests sites and privacy. While we are happy community we all enjoy our privacy and space.
Alcohol is allowed on your site only.
All applicable federal and state of Florida laws concerning the possession, handling and use of firearms shall be obeyed. No BB or air guns, sling shots, or bow and arrows are permitted. No fireworks are permitted.
Pets must remain on leash at all times outside their unit.
Tenants are responsible for their pets and cleaning up after their pets.
Pets weighing more than 15 pounds require management approval.
Repairing of automobiles, trucks, trailers, RVs, boats or similar equipment is not permitted in the park. Oil changing is not allowed. RV washing is permitted upon request.
No throwing cigarette butts on the ground.
Quiet Time from 10pm to 7am.
Note: This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or intury to our guests or for your loss of money or for valuables of anykind. You are required to have insurance on your unit - fire, theft, liability, flood.
Management reserves the right to change these rules at their discretion without notice. Management shall make every effort to enforce the Rules and Regulations equally and promptly. However, guests and visitors agree that enforcement is a private matter between Management and visitor/guest. The enforcement or lack thereof, will not result in any damage or claim by any guest/visitor against the Campground or Management, or constitute a waiver of the Campground's right to enforce the Rules & Regulations.
